By accessing or using the Taley Staffing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Taley Staffing provides a healthcare staffing platform that connects healthcare organizations with credentialed healthcare professionals. We facilitate staffing requests, credential verification, assignment management, timesheets, and invoicing.

3. Healthcare Professional Terms

As a healthcare professional using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current credential information
• Maintain active and valid licenses and certifications
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your license status
• Honor accepted assignments or provide adequate notice of cancellation
• Submit accurate timesheets reflecting hours actually worked
• Conduct yourself professionally at all client locations

4. Healthcare Organization Terms

As a healthcare organization using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about staffing needs and work environments
• Review and approve or dispute timesheets within a reasonable timeframe
• Pay invoices according to agreed terms
• Not solicit or directly hire Taley Staffing professionals outside of our platform during the engagement period
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment

5. Credential Verification

Taley Staffing performs credential verification as a service to healthcare organizations. While we make reasonable efforts to verify credentials, healthcare organizations remain responsible for independently verifying credentials as required by applicable regulations and accreditation standards.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Taley Staffing reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

7. Intellectual Property

The Taley Staffing platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Taley Staffing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Taley Staffing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate their account at any time. Taley Staffing reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Outstanding obligations including payment for completed assignments survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
